About Paramarsh

Paramarsh ECHS is a set up to render Paramarsh on ECHS (EX-SERVICEMEN CONTRIBUTORY HEALTH SCHEME) to the retired Defence Personnel and their families PAN India. Paramarsh caters and support for their timely needs related to Health and Well-being across the country. It is run and managed by Col Dr J P Singh and his team.
 
Col Dr J P Singh, himself a veteran is devoted to the cause of welfare and well-being of veterans and their families. He has been OIC of two heavy pressure ECHS polyclinics Lodhi Road New Delhi and Noida. After ECHS tenure Col Dr J P Singh ventured to Paramarsh ECHS to share his experience and knowledge with ESM brethren and help them out in time of an Emergency. Paramarsh ECHS takes up the ECHS related issues of ESMs with COECHS, MOD and appropriate Mil Auths. Paramarsh also focuses on health issues of senior veterans in age, War wounded ESMs, single living veterans and ladies and ESMs from rural background. During Corona pandemic Col Dr J P Singh worked day and night in tandem with residential societies and social organisations of NCR to confront fear of insecurity set in among old age veterans especially living alone related to their health, well-being and med treatment. Col Dr J P Singh received lot many applaud for giving Paramarsh and guiding ESMs and families during the period of peak pandemic.
 
It is always endeavour of Paramarsh to update ESMs on ECHS policies and guidelines and ensures every ECHS beneficiary is fully aware of his legitimate ECHS rights to get better and timely med treatment.
